I want you to know how much we appreciate your creativity and efforts in the launch and management of our new Web Site. Although we have had a Web site for over 7 years, it had not been given the care and attention that it needed so it had become quite old feeling and out of date.
Since I was the author of the original site, I was hesitant to see dramatic changes, but it is now very clear that your creativity and focus on detail have made a huge improvement in the effectiveness of our site. I have been impressed with your take charge approach in coming up with a new look and feel, and your abilities in deploying a totally new site on a new service without requiring any real input from us. I also appreciate your responsiveness when changes or updates are needed. Little things like making that quick change when we finally got our financial payment account working was critical in enabling our members to use that new electronic payment process.
It is clear from the traffic stats that you share with us frequently that your artistic approach is both attracting much more traffic and, I expect, creating much return traffic. I am now planning on deflecting more requests for information about our Association and our Programs to the Web Site where I know we will have much more current information that we ever have had in the past.
I look forward to working with you as we continue to evolve and mature our site to the benefit of all of our members and our community.
